TILAH Africa Launch

On May 13th, during the ALT Summit 2025, the Center for Law and Innovation officially launched TILAH Africa Ltd, a bold new venture under its Startup Empowerment Program. 

This initiative marks a significant milestone in CLI’s commitment to supporting Africa’s innovation ecosystem. After years of working closely with startups, CLI identified a recurring challenge: many high-potential startups face considerable barriers in accessing investment and navigating complex legal and policy environments essential for sustainable growth.

Tilah Africa Ltd is a German-Rwandan boutique advisory firm with its singular mission:  to help African startups unlock growth capital and build strong foundations for long-term success. The firm specialises in connecting startups with strategic investors and provides comprehensive support throughout the entire investment lifecycle.
