Shaping Africa's Legal Innovation Future

The African Law and Tech Network Summit 2025, held on May 13–14 in Kigali, Rwanda, brought together over 130 delegates from more than 20 African countries to drive conversations on legal innovation in the digital age. The African Law and Tech Network, under the Center for Law and Innovation (CERTA Foundation), hosted the Summit in partnership with key regional and international stakeholders. Over two days, delegates examined regulation, AI integration, legal education, and digital transformation, setting a clear agenda for future-ready legal systems across the continent.
