Jasiri Training

From the 20th to the 21st, we spent two days with the Jasiri Founders of the RAS Cohort, unpacking what it truly means to start a venture with confidence.

During the sessions, we explored shareholders’ agreements, examining how these documents define founders’ rights, responsibilities, and decision-making powers. We also covered the essentials of intellectual property protection, helping founders understand how to safeguard their ideas, products, and brand identities as they grow.

Throughout the workshops, we built capacity in key areas such as ownership structures, governance mechanisms, founder obligations, and more. 

To round it off, we explored negotiation strategies, empowering founders to communicate their value, build fair partnerships, and navigate the complexities of collaboration.

Because every successful venture starts not just with vision but with the knowledge and confidence to govern and protect it.
