Jasiri Ntore Cohort Shareholders' Agreements

This June, the Center for Law and Innovation completed the fifteen (15) Shareholders’ Agreements for the Jasiri Ntore cohort of startup ventures. Each agreement was crafted through dedicated one-on-one sessions with the founders, allowing us to tailor the terms to the specific needs of each venture and its shareholders. These agreements lay down clear rules on ownership and governance, giving the cohort a solid legal footing as they plan for growth, attract investment, and navigate the challenges of building resilient businesses.
This work reflects our commitment to equip early-stage entrepreneurs with practical legal tools that go beyond paperwork, tools that help protect what they’re building and align everyone’s interests from the start. By bridging the legal knowledge gap at this crucial stage, we help ensure that promising ideas can develop into strong, investable companies. We look forward to seeing how the Ntore founders put these foundations to work in the months and years ahead.
